Our method

Definition of the ideal profile and target organizations
In close collaboration with our client, we establish the key criteria of the position and define the ideal profile. This helps us choose a specific research strategy and better understand the type of companies likely to have the right candidate.

State of the market and identification phase
Our consultants carry out a thorough study of the market and its key figures, allowing them to establish a first list of candidates suitable for the position, referred to as "the long list".

First contact with the candidates
The potential candidates are approached with total discretion. Then we conduct individual interviews during which each candidate is assessed. At the end of these interviews, we prepare a "short list" of high-potential talents for the client, as well as a progress report compiling all the contacts made during the assignment so that they can meet the candidates and make a choice.

Presentation of the candidates
Interviews between the client and the candidates on the short list are organized in close collaboration with the consultant in charge of the assignment, acting as an interface between the two.

Reference checking
If the client and the candidate come to an agreement, Cala Partners consultants ask for references among the candidate's former employers, colleagues. This thorough reference check helps our client confirm their decision.

Follow-up and integration
Finally, we assist both our client and the candidate as they finalize the contract. We play the role of a intermediate, helping with the negotiations and the candidate's resignation. In addition, Cala Partners can organize an onboarding program allowing the candidates to be better prepared to their new working environment, as they take up their new position. We maintain a close relationship with the recruited candidate during the integration phase and their career development in our client's firm.
